Before a unit takes its first guest, it needs at least one real answer here: who cleans it, and who’s reachable for check-in.
USD Ledger
Your true profit in dollars — what you actually paid, in the dollars those EGP paid, versus what it’s worth today.
Each unit was bought across different years, at different EGP/USD rates. This tracks it properly, two ways side by side:
Method A — historical rate per payment: each installment converted to USD at the real rate the day you paid it, added up. This is how professional real estate investors actually measure it.
Method B — simple total-at-today’s-rate: everything you paid, in EGP, divided by today’s rate — a rougher but easy sanity check.
Both are compared against the unit’s current value in USD, at today’s rate.
